One business day after receipt of Preliminary Report of title; often within one hour! |
Title Commitment Full Search |
Three business days. This includes the time to perform the title search (two days) and issue the commitment (one day). When a prior policy is provided the total turnaround time is just two days! |
Endorsements |
Same day for those requests received prior to 12:00 p.m. |
Final Policies |
Two business days from the time all requirements are met, file paid in full and recordation is completed. |
